  • Calligraphy Greenway

    Calligraphy Greenway spans the National Museum of Natural Science to the People’s Square. The pathway is filled with greenery, arts and culture ambience, and specialty cuisine, which fully portray the City’s lifestyle. Take a leisurely walk along the Calligraphy Greenway to experience the two faces of the City, where the greenway blends in with the City’s rhythm.

  • National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts

    Taiwan’s only national arts museum and its architectural style emphasize space and contemporary style. The various exhibitions are systematically planned with Taiwan arts development as the basis, allowing the public to be near art and explore art through different forms.

  • Natural Way Six Arts Cultural Center (Budokan Martial Arts Hall)

    Built in the 12th Year of Showa (1937) during the Japanese colonial period, it was a martial arts hall for the routine training of prison officers and policemen. It is the only martial arts hall left in Taichung City, and has been well preserved over the years; hence, it possesses conservation, reuse and architectural research values.

  • Taichung Cultural and Creative Industries Park

    In recent years, it has served as a cultural and creativity publication and exchange platform for many college students, arts and cultural groups, industries, etc. It has also given new life to the old site of Taichung Distillery, transforming it into a base for the promotion of cultural and creative industries.

  • Taichung Literature Park

    Formerly a police quarters during the Japanese colonial period, it was later restored into Taichung Literature Museum by the Taichung City Government. In the Park, one can see olden Japanese cypress buildings, adding a literary ambience to the tranquil environment.
